Lead a pod of 15–20 customer support associates serving one of our largest fintech clients. Coach, run QA, and own the SLAs.

What you’ll do
- Daily standups, shift planning, and roster management
- Weekly QA call audits and coaching sessions
- Own CSAT, AHT, and FCR for your pod
- Be the named point of contact for the client
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years in customer support, at least 1 leading a team
- Fluent Bengali, English, and conversational Hindi
- Experience with Zendesk or Freshdesk reporting
- Comfort presenting metrics to client stakeholders
