Lead a pod of 15–20 customer support associates serving one of our largest fintech clients. Coach, run QA, and own the SLAs.

What you’ll do

  • Daily standups, shift planning, and roster management
  • Weekly QA call audits and coaching sessions
  • Own CSAT, AHT, and FCR for your pod
  • Be the named point of contact for the client

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years in customer support, at least 1 leading a team
  • Fluent Bengali, English, and conversational Hindi
  • Experience with Zendesk or Freshdesk reporting
  • Comfort presenting metrics to client stakeholders
