What you’ll do

  • Score calls on script adherence, soft skills, and outcomes
  • Identify common gaps and design coaching interventions
  • Maintain our QA scorecards in Google Sheets and Looker
  • Run weekly calibration sessions

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years in BPO QA or telecalling with QA exposure
  • Sharp listening and writing skills in English and Hindi
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic BI tools
  • Coaching mindset, not policing
