What you’ll do
- Score calls on script adherence, soft skills, and outcomes
- Identify common gaps and design coaching interventions
- Maintain our QA scorecards in Google Sheets and Looker
- Run weekly calibration sessions
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years in BPO QA or telecalling with QA exposure
- Sharp listening and writing skills in English and Hindi
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic BI tools
- Coaching mindset, not policing
What you’ll get
