What you’ll do
- Respond to customer queries across voice, chat, and email
- Resolve issues end-to-end where possible; escalate cleanly when needed
- Maintain CSAT above 90% and AHT within SLA
- Document edge cases for our knowledge base
What we’re looking for
- Fluent spoken and written Tamil and English
- Typing speed of 30 wpm or above
- Patience and empathy — we test for it
- Willing to work rotational shifts including weekends
